Wayne has held numerous board and director level industry roles in engineering, partnering and international market development.
Gary Brooks M.Sc.
Chief Technology Officer
Gary is an experienced CTO and Company Director across a range of industries from Big Data Analytics, through Travel and Tourism to e-Learning for schools.
Helping shape Massive Analytic, Ticket to Ride, Bili and now iProtectU. Gary has huge experience of driving software development and leading a user centred design philosophy though an agile development process.
Sally Beck RGN, BSc (Hons), MSc, CMIOSH
International Compliance Director
Sally has worked in most industry sectors both in the UK and internationally. A multi skilled Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner with extensive experience of health, safety, quality and environmental consulting. Sally has a wide range of both academic and industrial experience and is also a qualified Registered General Nurse RGN (Nursing) and CIEH Trainer.
Sally has a M.Sc. in Occupational Health and Safety Management and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Disaster Management and has consulted on numerous international disaster and mitigation projects.
Andrew Hardiman
Development Manager
Andrew is an accomplished development manager and software engineer with a track record of success in software engineering. Andrew has extensive experience in client project management, deployment and software management. Complemented with engineering skills in architecture design, full-stack development and related software technologies.
Andrew and his development team create and support our innovative solutions and the technologies that drive them.
Tom Beegan
International Business
An internationally experienced senior executive with private sector, government and non-for-profit experience. Tom is an in demand knowledge exchange expert speaker and trusted advisor to many International and National organisations.
He was a Deputy C.E.O of a Healthcare Authority before becoming CEO of the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) in Ireland. He was Chief Prevention and Strategy Officer for Ontario’s Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) in Toronto.
Brian Jeffers
Market Development
Brian has held sales and marketing roles at executive board and VP level with numerous multinational companies. He has a broad range of sales, marketing, resource management and people skills complemented by extensive experience of customer and cultural business development.
Brian has consulted with SME’s and blue chip companies at international level often leading complex multi stage negotiations and then driving projects to successful conclusion .

Digital Marketing
With a wealth of experience in media, website design, social media management and digital marketing we are delighted to have Alice as part of the team at iProtectU. Alice has also co-owned and run a magazine for more than 10 years and heads up Surrey Web Studio. She supports our social media and digital marketing team.
